Return Eligibility
We offer a return window of 1 day after the delivery, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return if your product arrives damaged or defective. We can’t process general returns to maintain the quality of our products.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A clear unboxing video must be provided showing the condition of the item at the time of opening. This helps us quickly verify and process your claim.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away with the unboxing video attached, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To get a different item, the best approach is to request a return for the damaged product (following the steps above) and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@worthhavingproducts.com.
